Improve tbp.plot Visualizations During Learning and Inference

We would like to continue to improve the visualizations available during learning and inference in Monty. Good visualizations are valuable for research, as they make it easier to debug and understand Monty's behavior. Such tools are also useful for education and for anyone first learning about Monty.

We have developed a separate repository called tbp.plot, which you can learn more about with this video. We welcome contributions to improve the visualizations available. To help track items of work, this Future Work item is marked as evergreen, and we use individual Issues in the tbp.plot repository.
